The principal, Leigh Kahn is a senior level marketing research and strategic planning professional.  She is an experienced focus group moderator and ethnographer, as well as an experienced survey researcher.  With over 20 years experience in consumer and business focused projects addressing the gamut of marketing issues, you can be comfortable knowing your research will be expertly designed, executed and analyzed.

Leigh's strengths are in her focus on actionable results, moving insights to action, and the ability to quickly grasp key business issues and potential opportunities for a client.

Her extensive background in marketing, marketing research and strategic planning, coupled with her client side perspective, provide the ability to synthesize multiple positions, and provide insights that are marketing driven, not just research driven.

Kahn offers excellent project design and execution skills, and a focus on team process. Her personal style is flexible, with the ability to adapt to different groups, backgrounds, styles and issues.

Leigh brings strong non-verbal communication skills to the table. A background in neuro-lingustics and psychotherapy training offers additional insights as to what respondents are 'really' saying.
